Preston Perlmutter and Ryder Laplante Top Lonestar 600 / NOW600 North Texas Showdown at the Bullring

ENNIS, Texas (July 27, 2019) - Preston Perlmutter and Ryder Laplante topped Friday nights POWRi Align Pro Lonestar 600 presented by No Limits Graphics and the NOW600 Tel-Star Technologies North Texas Region at the Bullring at Big O Speedway.

18 Stock Non-Wing and 12 Restricted ‘A’ Class competitors checked in for competition on Friday night.

Preston Perlmutter prevailed in Stock Non-Wing action. Re-Drawing the pole of the 30-lap feature event and would run to victory. Coming from the eighth starting spot, Jacob Lucas crossed in the second spot. Isiah Garcia advances from the tenth starting spot to finish in third. Chase Hyland was fourth and the top five rounded out with Jayton Brown.

Matt McDade finished in sixth with Nick Groeneveld taking seventh. Eighth went to Bash Ferguson. Clark Warren ended up ninth with Thomas Hall bringing up the top ten.

Mike Walling, Chase Hyland and Chase Randall each picked up a heat race victory while Weldon Buford set quick time in Qualifying.

From the second starting spot, Ryder Laplante was victorious in Restricted ‘A’ Class competition on Friday night. Jayton Brown crosses in the runner up spot with Hailey Taylor finishing out the podium. Caiden Mitchell finished in the fourth spot with Kaden Trotter rounding out the top five.

Evie Dean finished in sixth with Braxton Wilson coming across in seventh. Eighth went to Thomas Hall, Jr. with Rylie Yates ninth. The top ten rounds out with Kinsley Cook.

Ryder Laplante and Thomas Hall, Jr. score the nights two heat race wins. Laplante also was quick time during Qualifying.

The POWRi Lonestar 600’s and NOW600 North Texas Region will head across the parking lot to the Big O Speedway for tonight’s action.
