DeKalb/Asgrow presents the Midwest Power Series by GRP Motorsports Paying $3,000 to Win Friday at Jackson Motorplex

Inside Line Promotions – JACKSON, Minn. (May 28, 2018) – A great car count is expected this Friday at Jackson Motorplex, which will host the opening round of the DeKalb/Asgrow presents the Midwest Power Series by GRP Motorsports.

The event was slated for last Friday and nearly 50 drivers were in the pits for the 360ci winged sprint car show co-sanctioned by the Carpet Land Nebraska 360 Sprints and the Midwest Sprint Touring Series before the skies opened. The event was postponed one week and will now pay a whopping $3,000 to win, $1,500 for second and $400 to start.

Additionally, the Upper Midwest Sprint Car Series will be joining the two other series this Friday night.

Heartland Steel RaceSaver sprint cars presented by Wyffels Hybrids and NSL non-wing sprint cars presented by HitchDoc will also be part of the show. Brady Forbrook won the season-opening race in the Heartland Steel RaceSaver sprint cars presented by Wyffels Hybrids division and Brandon Halverson garnered the A Main win during the NSL non-wing sprint cars presented by HitchDoc opener.

On top of the stellar racing, C&B Operations, LLC will give away a John Deere bike to three lucky children.

The pits open at 3:30 p.m. with the main gates opening at 5 p.m. Hot laps are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. with racing to follow.

Tickets are $17 for adults, $12 for seniors ages 62-years-old and older and $5 for students ages 13-years-old to 18-years-old. Children ages 12-years-old and younger get into the main grandstands for free. Pit passes are $35 for adults.
