BOB KINSER, 86

The patriarch of the famed Kinser racing family has died at 86. Bob Kinser, whose only USAC National Sprint car win came at his home track, Bloomington (Ind.) Speedway in 1985, earned some 29 track and series championships, including four straight South Central Indiana Racing Association crowns. Bob was inducted into the National Sprint Car all of Fame in 1999 and in 1981 he was inducted into the Hoosier Auto Racing Hall of Fame. USAC extends its deepest condolences to the entire Kinser family and all of Bob's many friends and associates.
