Josh Flood Wins Wingless POWRi RMLS Feature at Honor Speedway

Belleville, IL. (9/6/2021) Removing the wings for the final time of the 2021 racing competition at Honor Speedway, the Lucas Oil POWRi Rocky Mountain Lightning Sprints would ramp up the excitement at the Pueblo, Colorado speed palace. Keeping the winning momentum going, Josh Flood would once again formulate the right feature strategy to capture his fourth series victory of the season.

Early on track battles at Honor Speedway with the POWRi RMLS would find Joel Mellon and Andy Flood earn heat racing wins with an intermission re-draw setting Dakota Dillon and Josh Flood in the front row for the feature event.

Sliding sideways into the first pair of corners of the fast Pueblo facility would find the outside line prevailing with Josh Flood taking the lead, never to relinquish the top spot. Dakota Dillon and Joel Mellon would battle brilliantly as Dillon earned the edge to place runner-up leaving Mellon to finish third.

Flying to the front by winning the hard-charger award, Johnny Boos would place fourth as Mike McMillin rounded out the top-five finishers at Honor Speedway with the wingless Lucas Oil POWRi Rocky Mountain Lightning Sprints.
