Belleville, IL. (8/8/22) Witnessing a pair of series holding competitions over the weekend, the POWRi Lightning Sprint Division would see great open-wheel racing with Minn-Kota and Rocky Mountain regions welcoming drivers as top talents among the inaugural championship chase begin to reach the fifteen-race mark that defines the yearly quest of national notoriety.

Adding to their all-time POWRi Lightning Sprint win counts would witness POWRi divisional leader Johnny Boos notch his thirtieth career victory with RMLS at I-76 Speedway as the current National point-leader Alex Truscinski of MKLS at Buffalo River Speedway would push his POWRi Lightning Sprint victory total to career win number twenty-four.
