Kameron Key Notches POWRi 600cc Outlaw Non-Wing Micro Victory at Sweet Springs

Belleville, IL. (7/4/22) Kameron Key would claim the weekend at Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex in the POWRi 600cc Outlaw Non-Wing Micro League presented by Engler Machine & Tool feature event in support of the Annual Small Town Throwdown to earn their first career feature win within league competition.

Entering a stout field of thirty-six competitors over the weekend event in the POWRi 600cc Outlaw Non-Wing Micro League presented by Engler Machine and Tool; early action at Sweet Springs would find Daniel Robinson start the two-day show off strong by winning Night One and locking himself into Sunday’s Main event with Shawn Mahaffey, Kameron Key, and Collin Mitchell all automatically transferring into the final night.

Starting a whole new program for Night Two would find Night One Winner Daniel Robinson flying into the opening stages of the event with outside front-row starter Shawn Mahaffey in the mix for the front of the field for the entire feature.

Flying to the front from starting third, Kameron Key would emerge victorious after a flurry of forty action-packed micro laps with Mahaffey resulting in an outstanding runner-up finishing effort as Chris Cochran would drive from starting eighth to place third as the checkers were waived.

Racing among the front-runners all event, Australian wheelman Kaidon Brown would finish fourth as Chelby Hinton rounded out the top-five finishers at Sweet Spring Motorsports Complex with the POWRi 600cc Outlaw Non-Wing Micro League presented by Engler Machine and Tool in support of the Small Town Throwdown finale night.
