URSS Jerry Soderberg Memorial Goes To Jeremy Huish!
Bryan Hulbert - DODGE CITY, Kan. (July 29, 2023) Getting the late race run on the lead, Jeremy Huish snagged Saturday night's Jerry Soderberg Memorial victory at Dodge City Raceway Park with the United Rebel Sprint Series presented by Mel Hambelton Ford.
Trailing Zach Blurton through the first 15 laps, Huish slipped back one to fourth on the start but rebounded to second on Lap 4. To 0.138-seconds trailing on Lap 15, Huish would take over the point the following lap and pull away to a 2.355-second advantage at the finish.
Blurton would cross second, with Jake Martens, Taylor Velasquez, and Jordon Knight making up the top five.
The next event for the United Rebel Sprint Series presented by Mel Hambelton Ford is the Belleville 305 Nationals, happening August 4-5.
