Huish Holds On For URSS Score At Rush County Speedway

Bryan Hulbert – LA CROSSE, Kan. (August 19, 2022) In Victory Lane for the second time in 2022 with the Drive to Zero United Rebel Sprint Series presented by Mel Hambelton Ford, Jeremy Huish parked the No. 88j at Rush County Speedway in La Crosse, Kan. on Friday night.

Taking the lead near the race’s mid-point, after starting fourth, Huish would not go the distance without a challenge from Oklahoma’s Jake Martens, who made a last lap charge at the Jetmore, Kan. shoe, but would have the settle for the runner-up spot. Koby Walters in third was followed by Luke Cranston in fourth. Brian Herbert made up the top five.

Ty Williams, Steven Richardson, Kohl Ricke, Jordan Knight, and Ray Seemann completed the top ten.

The Drive to Zero United Rebel Sprint Series presented by Mel Hambelton Ford is back on track Saturday, August 20 at 81-Speedway in Park City, Kan. Gates open at 5:00 P.M. with racing at 7:00 P.M. (CDT). Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for Senior and Miliary, and free for Kids 10 and under. Racing includes the Alternative Pest Management USRA Modifieds, JLR Property Management Rookie Modifieds, AutoTech Service Super Stocks The track is located at 7700 N Broadway in Park City, Kan.
