BUMPER TO BUMPER IRA OUTLAW SPRINTS HELP WITH YOUR MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND PLANS!

FIRST VISIT TO NORTHEASTERN WISCONSIN THIS YEAR HAPPENS THIS SUNDAY AT 141 SPEEDWAY!

May 21, 2015; Wilmot, WI – Have you got so many Memorial Day weekend plans you don’t know what to do? Allow us to help you decide! If you want REAL excitement we can recommend the sound and visual fury of winged 410 outlaw sprints, ripping around a tight quarter-mile clay oval while doing wheelstands at a speed that seemingly defies the laws of physics?

Sound fun?!? It is and needs to be seen to be believed!

The Bumper to Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint Cars return to 141 Speedway this Sunday, May 24th. They will be joined by INEX Legends, Grand Nationals and Street Stocks, for a full night of racing action.

Heading into the show, sophomore IRA pilot Ben Schmidt is showing the way around the track leading the points. The former 360 sprint standout scored his first career IRA victory two weeks ago at Beaver Dam, and backed that up with a solid second place finish last week Wilmot Raceway to vault to the top of the standings. Several years ago Schmidt was leading late in the main event at 141 Speedway when his engine began to fail … will this event provide Schmidt with his second career win to atone for the one that got away?

Giving chase is Bill Rose, since joining the IRA Sprints Rose had finished all but one main event, a remarkable accomplishment. The only thing that eludes Rose is a victory.. will it be his turn to reach the checkered flag first?

How about Phillip Mock? He’s already nabbed a second place finish this season, and is looking to get back to victory lane after scoring his first career victory last year.

Add to the mix Jeremy Schultz who would like to earn back to back victories after a spectacular drive last week at Wilmot, and season veteran Scotty Neitzel who is off to a fast start in 2015 as you see the list of potential winners gets even longer.

Want more? Add to the show drivers like Blake Nimee, Scotty Thiel, Russel Borland, Jordan Goldesberry, Dave and Scott Uttech, the father and son team of Kris and Dennis Spitz, along with Bill Wirth, Steve Meyer, and Wayne Modjeski and the list gets pretty long with all those drivers capable of capturing the checkered.

Now toss in potential rookie of the year candidates Kyle Marten, Rick Kelsey and Josh Walter and you’ll see that the depth of talent this year is unsurpassed.

Action is set to begin at 6:00pm this Sunday evening.
