Canyon Clash this Saturday at CSP!!

Cody Morris, Tulsa, Oklahoma (4-23-2012) - The ASCS Canyon Region bursts back into action this Saturday night for the Second Annual Canyon Clash at Peoria, Arizona’s Canyon Speedway Park.

Following an impressive sweep of the first pair of Canyon Region contests that included a season opening score at CSP, followed by a sensational last lap pass for Canyon cash at Arizona Speedway; Buckeye, Arizona’s Chargin’ Charles Davis Jr. leads the thrilling wheel to wheel action back to CSP.

The two-time Canyon Region Champ leads the non wing sprint car field into the third event of a 2012 campaign that features approximately 21 dates, with a dozen of those to be showcased at Canyon Speedway Park.

Davis is off to a slight 16 point advantage over RJ Johnson, with Bruce St. James, Josh Pelkey, and Nick Aiuto in top five tow.

The ASCS Canyon Region pilots will be accompanied by the ASCS2 Cactus Region mini sprints to complete the open wheel portion of CSP's Second Annual Canyon Clash.

The Second Annual Canyon Clash begins at 7pm.
