Inside Line Promotions – BRANDON, S.D. (June 20, 2022) – Huset’s Speedway joins exclusive company this week when it hosts four consecutive World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series races.

Only the famed Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa, and Eldora Speedway near Rossburg, Ohio, have welcomed ‘The Greatest Show on Dirt’ for that many days in a row. Additionally, this week’s action at Huset’s Speedway is capped with a $100,000-to-win main event, making it the richest payout in South Dakota history.

The competition begins on Wednesday with the Ace Ready Mix/Myrl & Roy’s presents the World of Outlaws – a $10,000-to-win, standalone event that rained out on June 5. The next three nights will encompass the inaugural Huset’s High Bank Nationals with the Nordstrom’s Automotive Late Model Street Stocks joining the action on Thursday and Friday only.

Drivers will earn points every time they hit the track – including a six-car inversion during heat races – for competitive laps throughout the first two nights, which pay $15,000 to win and $1,000 to start on Thursday and $20,000 to win and $1,500 to start on Friday. The top four drivers in overall points are locked into the King of the Hill – joined by the four qualifier winners on Saturday – which will determine the first four rows of the $100,000-to-win, $3,000-to-start A Main. Also of note, Weikert’s Livestock, Inc., is sponsoring the King of the Hill in which one lucky fan can win $1,000.

Nearly a half million dollars is up for grabs throughout the Huset’s High Banks Nationals, which is expected to draw many of the sport’s top racers around the country along with the World of Outlaws stars for a car count of several dozen.

There have been 50 career World of Outlaws main events contested at Huset’s Speedway since 1983 with Sammy Swindell – the winner of the first race – leading the way with 10 triumphs. Mark Kinser ranks second with nine wins and Steve Kinser scored seven victories.

Donny Schatz has four wins and Doug Wolfgang produced a trio of trips into Victory Lane. Two-time winners include David Gravel, who claimed two of the three races last year, along with Mark Dobmeier and Craig Dollansky.

The single-race winners were Aaron Reutzel, Sheldon Haudenschild, Kyle Larson, Brad Sweet, Tim Kaeding, Brooke Tatnell, Terry McCarl, Brian Paulus, Stevie Smith, Dave Blaney and Bobby Davis Jr.

The gates open at 4 p.m. with racing at 7:30 p.m. each night this week.

Tickets are $40 for adults and $20 for children ages 6-years-old to 12-years-old on Wednesday. Children 5-years-old and younger get in free.

A special three-day ticket is offered for the Huset’s High Banks Nationals. Reserved tickets for the three races are $125 for adults and $74 for children ages 6-years-old to 12-years-old. General admission tickets for the three races are $115 for adults and $65 for children ages 6-years-old to 12-years-old. Individual nightly tickets are also available. Children 5-years-old and younger get in free all three nights.
