Inside Line Promotions – HARTFORD, Ohio (May 24, 2022) – Robbie Price made progress last Friday during his first night inside the cockpit of the Sides Motorsports No. 7s.

Price, who joined the team last week as the full-time driver for the remainder of the season, started the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series program at Attica Raceway Park by qualifying 19th quickest in his group.

“Hot laps went pretty decent,” car owner Jason Sides said. “We were getting ready to qualify and we were in line. There were 30-mile-per-hour winds. The two cars before him went off the track so I told him just don’t do that. He stayed on the track for the two qualifying laps, but it was tough circumstances with the wind.

“He passed a couple of cars in the heat race. In the Last Chance Showdown he got up to sixth and on the last lap got into turn one a little too hot and spun it around. He kept it going and ended up ninth. All things considered, with being at Attica and being his first time in the car, it wasn’t bad. We just need to make laps.”

Sides enjoyed his new role outside of the race car.

“It’s a little different, like when I’m watching TK in Knoxville,” he said. “Getting acclimated to a different driver and how they like the car, it’ll take some getting used to, but I’m okay with it.”

Saturday’s event at Sharon Speedway in Hartford, Ohio, rained out.

The team returns to action this Saturday at Atomic Speedway in Waverly, Ohio, for the first World of Outlaws event at the track since 2009.
