RACE OF CHAMPIONS SUPER STOCK SERIES TO BE CALLED “NATIONAL PARTS PEDDLER 40” IN HONOR OF LONG TIME RACE SPONSOR

Race of Champions management will honor long time event sponsor, by tabbing the Super Stock Series the “National Parts Peddler 40” to bring a nostalgic and exciting feel to the event along with the racing paying $1,070.70-to-win, continuing the theme in honor of the 70th anniversary platinum edition of the Race of Champions 250.

In addition to the additional money to win, Race of Champions management is posting a $170 bonus to the highest finishing driver that is not a “Race of Champions Super Stock Series” regular. To be eligible a competitor must not have won a race since 2017 or competed in more than three Race of Champions Super Stock Series races since the 2017 season.

“We hear many different things about the top competitors in the our Super Stock Series, but they are some very good racers that compete at a very high level,” stated Joe Skotnicki, Race of Champions. “This is just another way that we are enhancing an already exciting and great weekend of racing and we’re looking forward to it.”

Tickets may be purchased for the weekend and will be available at the Lake Erie Speedway ticket office or at www.lakeeriespeedway.com. In the event that there is inclement weather, the event will be postponed to 2021, due to the prior commitment to Mahoning Valley Speedway and their Race of Champions Modified Series event on Saturday, October 3, with an agreed upon and announced inclement weather date of Saturday, October 10.

Ticket prices for Friday, September 25; Adult, Senior, Children (Infant – 16) – Grandstands Free. Pit Pass – $30

Ticket prices for Saturday, September 26; Adult General Admission Tickets - $20; Senior General Admission Tickets - $17; Reserved Seat Tickets (Regardless of Age) - $25 – Children (6-16) – General Admission Tickets - $10; Children Under 5 General Admission Tickets – Free; Pit Passes – $45.

Ticket prices for Sunday, September 27; Adult General Admission Tickets - $35; Senior General Admission Tickets - $33; Reserved Seat Tickets (Regardless of Age) - $40 – Children (6-16) – General Admission Tickets - $12; Children Under 5 General Admission Tickets – Free; Pit Passes – $65.

3-Day Pit Pass Combo – $125

If you plan to attend the weekend and camp at the facility, spots will be sold at the track for the designated camping areas for $50 for the entire weekend.
