Good Afternoon,

Included with this e-mail are as much of the event information for Saturday, August 15, 2020 - the 31st Annual Tribute to Tommy Druar and Tony Jankowiak as we can possibly provide.

Several questions will be answered right here;

Pitstops: This will be a one tire (change) race as it has been in the past. We are still determining exactly how we are going to be able to pit, based on the availability and event schedule of the speedway. This will be announced and explained in detail as part of the "virtual" driver's meeting.

Registration: for this event is available here; https://www.myracepass.com/series/1810/registrations/3152 (you must register, even if you were at the June 26/27 events).

PitPay: PitPay will be utilized for the event and will be available beginning to purchase your pit pass at Midnight tonight. Pit Passes available on PitPay will be available for $40. Minor's Releases are now available, as well, as multiple team member purchases.

Contactless: We are fortunate enough to be having this event and we understand that situations will arise that we must work around, however, it is our intention to follow the guidelines that are in place. In an effort to try and keep our families, friends, coworkers and our fans, we will do as many transactions and interactions in a contactless manners as possible.

Masks: Are now a requirement in Pennsylvania. If you are near someone, closer than 6' (feet) wear a mask.

Overnight Camping: Overnight Camping will be available for purchase. You must possess a pass to stay overnight. If you do not possess a pass, you will be asked to leave, if you do not leave, your vehicle(s) will be towed away from the facility. W-9: A W-9 with the proper payable to information (who the purse check needs to be made out to) is mandatory to be paid. http://www.rocmodifiedseries.com/downloads/get.aspx?i=584900 it must be filled out, completely, if it is scanned and returned, it must be legible. If this is not completed, you will not be paid. Unfortunately, we can't chase you down for this information based on the conditions which we must operate under. We would prefer that it is scanned and e-mailed to info@rocmodifiedseries.com. Following the June event there will still several issues with these. Please, make sure you follow up with this document.

Tickets: Currently Advance Discount Tickets are available at https://www.lakeeriespeedway.com/current-season/purchase-tickets/.

There will be hand sanitizing locations at various points throughout the pit area, including the Race of Champions Series Trailer, Tire Sale Area and additional areas near the restrooms.

Weather: Going forward, please be mindful that as much as you are preparing for an event, so are we. We are going to make the best decision possible based on the facts as they are presented to us through several outlets. In the event we have to do something, nobody will receive the information first and we will distribute the information through our social media channels, e-mail and text as timely as we can. At times the question "What are you going to do?" on Tuesday afternoon straight through to race time on Saturday can become challenging. We all have the same information on our devices and we intend to do the best we can based on that information.

3:00 pm Tire Sales Begin (in the following order; Group 2, Group 3, Group 4, Group 1)
4:30 pm Race of Champions Virtual Driver’s Meeting (Race of Champions Modifieds, Race of Champions: Race of Champions Super Stock Series; Race of Champions Street Stock and Race of Champions Four Cylinder Dash Series) – driver’s meetings conducted on Social Media – announcement will be made over P/A when posted.
