Round Three At Creek Goes To Dean, McClain, Longacre, Denton, and Foltz

Bryan Hulbert – SAPULPA, Okla. (June 6, 2020) Round three of Creek County Speedway's weekly championship series saw 71 drivers on hand with Brandon Dean, Cody McClain, Michael Longacre, Kashton Denton, and Chandler Foltz grabbing wins on Saturday, June 6, 2020.

Three first time wins on the 2020 season; the charge was led by Brandon Dean with the Sapulpa, Okla. driver making up to positions to grab the Modified victory. Joe Wright made quite the charge from eighth to second with James Esmond following to the final podium step. Ho Dean marched from 11th to fourth with Robert Scott making up the top five.

Topping a stacked field of Factory Stocks, Cody McClain moved from the right of the second row to claim his first win of the season. The biggest mover of the night, 19th starting Ricky Bledsaw charged to second with Stephen Grimes coming from 12th to complete the podium. Bill Newton and current point's leader, Jimmy Owen, made up the top five.

Topping a field of seven in still growing Junior Mini Stocks, Kashton Denton made his first stop on the front stretch in 2020. Lane Traster, Alexis Stowe, Jacob O'Hara, and Natalie Colby made the top five. Kyle Armitage and Tyson Hopkins completed the field.

Taking the checkered flag for the second time in 2020, Michael Longacre grabbed a $500 payday by topping Mini Stock Mania on Saturday night. Earning the right of the front row, Longacre had to fend off the always tough Kevin McSperitt, Jr. to get the job done. Wesley Knebel from seventh came up to third with Dee Denton and Lawton Speedway regular, Brian Ward, completing the top five.

His second point's paying victory of the season; Chandler Foltz has yet to finish off the top podium step in 2020. Larry Pense was runner-up with Rex Johnson, Mike Howard, and Ryan Mushrush, completing the top five.
