IMCA Lone Star Stock Car Tour
Inaugural Dirty 30 at Texas Motor Speedway
The Inaugural Dirty 30, the most anticipated announcement of the Sniper Speed Lone Star IMCA Stock Car Tour is here. February 18th and 19th tour stop four is at the Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth Texas.
"We wanted to go big and knew TMS was the place to do it" commented tour founder Jon Courchaine. With the addition of two nights at Texas Motor Speedway, the tour schedule is complete and now the wait is on. \
Four classes of cars will compete for the Inaugural Dirty 30 titles. IMCA Stock cars will headline the event with Wednesday nights Feature event seeing the winner pocketing $3,000.00. IMCA Modifieds, SportMods and Factory Stocks will also race on the fast 4/10th mile oval. Modified winner will receive $2,000.00 at the completion of their 30 lap Feature. IMCA SportMods and Factory Stock Champions are awarded $1,000.00 for 30 laps.
Registration for the Dirty 30 will open in conjunction with the Texas Motorsports Expo and Auction http://www.texasmotorsportexpo.com/ December 7th in Mesquite, Texas. Drivers will be able to register online starting at 8am cst thru My Race Pass, or if you are in attendance at the Expo, Sniper Speed Tour representatives will be on hand and computers ready for you to complete your registration. Entry fee for Factory Stocks and IMCA SportMods when paid between December 8th and January 3rd is $150.00 and will be limited to 100 cars per class. IMCA Modified drivers, your registration is $200.00. IMCA Stock Cars, registration for the Dirty 30 is $300.00 and is included with you tour registration.
Along with the Stock Car Tour, The IMCA SportMods will have an event inside the event. It will be the SportMod Civil War. For years it has been who is better, the Southern or the Northern SportMods, here is your chance to prove who is. Southern and Northern Sportmods will compete together at Texas Motor Speedway. Each division follow the IMCA rules packages and must be legal for the class.
