T.J. Michael Welcomes New Partners To Take On ASCS At Texas Motor Speedway

Fully Injected Motorsports - PLANO, Texas (October 28, 2019) – The ‘Texas Traveler’ T.J. Michael is back in Texas, and although the vast majority of his 2019 season is complete, the Plano native still has some unfinished business in the "Lone Star State".

Michael, driver of the Michael Motorsports/Advanced Architectural Stone/Crown Battery/Fremont Fence Company/Pro-Tech Services/Wood Heating and Air Conditioning/Kear’s Speed Shop/Wings Unlimited/Soul Fully Rooted/Big D’s Pizza/No. 8M Sprint Car will join the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series presented by the MAVTV Motorsports Network as the series heads for the Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track on Thursday, October 31 and Friday, November 1.

In addition to an ASCS power plant provided by Mike Melton, a number of partners have come on board to help Michael battle the best 360cid sprint car racers in the country during his time in Texas including Trophy Tractor and Roc Construction. Crown Battery, already a staple within Michael Motorsports, will boost their support in Michael’s Texas campaign, helping the recent FAST Series winner work to accomplish a first-ever ASCS triumph.

“I’m excited to race in my home state. I don’t have many chances to do so, so I’m going to take full advantage of the opportunity,” Michael explained, who spends his summer months in Fremont, Ohio while competing throughout the state and surrounding areas.

“I can’t thank all of my partners enough for their hard work and dedication. We are fortunate enough to welcome Trophy Tractor and Roc Construction to our team for the coming weekend. Crown Battery, who has been behind me the entire season, stepped forward in a bigger way and I couldn’t be more excited. We are going to do our part in representing all of our partners at the highest level.”

The Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series presented by the MAVTV Motorsports Network doubleheader in Ft. Worth, Texas will conclude the 2019 season. Michael will enter the high profile event as a one-time winner in 2019, that occurring during the $5,000 Rick Ferkel Classic at Waynesfield (Ohio) Raceway Park in August.
