Parking Procedures For The 34th Lucas Oil Tulsa Shootout
December 27, 2018 (TULSA, Okla.) Teams who are on the list for Early Parking, staging in the West Parking Lot of the River Spirit Expo Center will begin December 31, 2018, at 9:00 A.M. (CT). When teams are being put in order to pull in, the complete two rig must be present and in line. Personal vehicles will not be allowed as placeholders.
Any team who arrives on December 31, 2018, and is parking the following day, you will park in the North Parking Lot of the River Spirit Expo Center.
Anyone not parked on December 31, 2018, will unload and park on January 1, 2019. You do not have to unload outside and push in. You can bring your rig into the River Spirit Expo Center to unload and then pull out.
Please make sure that your rigs are secured. The Lucas Oil Tulsa Shootout and Tulsa Expo Square are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
If any teams have questions regarding staging in the Parking Lots, contact Kelly Crane at (918) 809-7168.
Taking place at Tulsa Expo Raceway, located inside the River Spirit Expo Center, the 2019 edition of the Lucas Oil Tulsa Shootout moves in starting with Early Parking on December 31, 2018, and goes green on January 2, 2019, with racing through January 5, 2019.

The lineup for the 2019 event will include A-Class (Wing, Non-Wing, and Restricted), Outlaw (Wing and Non-Wing), and Junior Sprints as well as the new Xcel 600cc Modifieds for an event run of seven classes.
New for the 2019 event in all classes, RaceCeivers will be mandatory. They will be available at the event. Frequency will be 454.000.
