THE TRACK @ HILLSIDE BUFFALO READY TO HOST THE THUNDER IN THE HILLS 100 FOR THE RACE OF CHAMPIONS ASPHALT MODIFIED SERIES

The Track @ Hillside Buffalo (formerly Holland International Speedway) is getting ready to host the Race of Champions Asphalt Modified and Four Cylinder Dash Series this coming Saturday night with the running of the Thunder in the Hills 100 and 32-lap Butch Palmer Memorial.

Daryl Lewis, Jr., of Ontario, N.Y., has been one of the most consistent racers this year within the Modified Series. Lewis has recorded three third place finishes in the series first four races. His other finish was an 8th place at Lake Erie Speedway in June.

“We are gearing up for another good run,” stated Lewis. “The season has been going well for us and I really enjoy the track. We have been a good streak of luck. Hopefully we can keep our streak going and improve a couple of positions and get the win that we’ve been going for. We’ve been fortunate to finish all of our races this season with good performances.”

The Four Cylinder Dash Series also opens its season with the prestigious Butch Palmer Memorial 32-lap race. The four races on the 2018 will pay $333.33 each to win with several bonuses being offered for the Palmer Memorial at The Track @ Hillside Buffalo. The Palmer family is posting several bonuses for the race.
