$2,500 to win, $500/start LoneStar SUPR FIRECRACKER 40 – SATURDAY, JULY 2

Kilgore TX (6/29/16) by DarinShort.com. This coming Saturday, July 2nd marks the first visit of 2016 for the P&W Sales SUPR Late Model to the 1/3 mile high-banks of LoneStar Speedway (LSS) in Kilgore. LSS has a long history of wild and exciting SUPR events, and LSS has bumped up the purse substantially to add to the intensity. The event will now pay $2,500 to win and all starters will receive a minimum of $500!

Fans can expect another standout field of SUPR Late Model drivers, such as current points leader B.J. Robinson, Jon Mitchell, Allen Tippen, Rob Litton, Ronny Adams, Curt Lipsey, Rick Duke, Ray Moore, Lee Davis, David LaFleur, Tyler Erb, Danny Zimmerman, former LoneStar Armadillo Nationals $10,000 winner Dennie Gieber, Chandler Petty, Brandon Hightower, Brett Frazier, Rusty Harris, Robbie Stuart, Jim Bryant, Morgan Bagley; plus several more of the regions’ top drivers. We've also been notified that a few 'invaders' from southern Louisiana will be heading up for this event.

LoneStar Speedway continues to offer Late Model drivers some of the largest purses in the region. LoneStar's jumbo-sized SUPR Late Model purse structure for the July 2nd event is as follows: $2,500 - $1,500 - $1,200 - $900 - 800 (5th) - 700 - 600 - 550 - 530 - 520 (10th) - 500...to start.

Plus, all LSS divisions will be in action with significantly increased purses, which include $1,500 to win Modifieds (including $300 to win from Tommy Dowden Logging of Leesville, LA...thanks Tommy!), $700 to win for the Limited Modifieds and $500 to win for the Factory Stocks.

Complete purse breakdown and rules are posted at the track website. Non-qualifier money is also paid to all race divisions, and there is no entry fee for the LSS points divisions. Standard SUPR entry fees and non-qualifier money is in effect. The newly formed Front Wheel Drive 4-Cylinder division will round out the 5-division racing card.

Race fans will also enjoy a great LoneStar Fireworks display during intermission!.
