Banks, Oregon- Sunset Speedway Park will be hosting the Budweiser Modified Mayhem 100 on Saturday September 12th. This event is a NON-POINTS Race due to the IMCA Super Nationals taking place in Boone, Iowa - Per IMCA Rules.

This weekend the Modifieds will be ran under the normal Sunset Speedway Park format (which is below this release). This means they will qualify, run heats, a dash, and a main event. There has been a lot of calls regarding the fuel stop and going the entire distance without one. We have decided that we WILL be having a FUEL ONLY stop at some point during the race. We will utilize a caution whether that be at lap forty-two or fifty-seven etc. But we will have a fuel stop. With this FUEL ONLY STOP, no drivers will be allowed to exit the track and do any type of maintenance or tire change during this stop. If you do, that will result in an automatic disqualification. FUEL ONLY stop at a caution in which race officials will pick.

This weekend's race payout is $750 to win and $125 to start the A-Main. We hope to see you all here as this is Sunset's second to last race of the 2015 season.

Pit Gates will open at 2:00 PM, Front Gates open at 4:00, and racing starts at 6:30 each night. Tickets are Adults $13.00, Seniors/Military/Juniors (13-18) $10.00, Youths (Ages 12-6) $5.00, and Children under the age of 5 are FREE and a family pass will be offered for two Adults and up to four Youths for just $35.00.
