Banks, Oregon- Attention all active duty military members, reservists, and veterans, come out to Sunset Speedway Park on Saturday May 16th for Armed Forces Night and your admission is paid for. That's right, you will get admitted to this Saturday night race at the “Banks Bullring” for FREE. This is all made possible by Sunset Speedway Park as well as Rob and Katie Ireland and their law firm Ireland & Ireland P.C., proud supporters of SSP.

“Dirt track racing is one example of how American’s enjoy liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We owe our inalienable rights to those veterans who served, and those active duty members who are fighting for our freedom today.” commented Rob Ireland, a former Captain of the US Air Force and partner of Ireland & Ireland At Law, “The least we can do is invite them to a night out at the races. “

Classes in action this Saturday include the Budweiser IMCA Modifieds, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, and Dwarf Cars. Pit Gates will open at 2:00 PM, Front Gates open at 4:00, and racing starts at 6:30. Tickets for this event are Adults $13.00, Seniors/Juniors (13-18) $10.00, Youths (Ages 12-6) $5.00, and Children under the age of 5 are FREE and a family pass will be offered for two Adults and up to four Youths for just $35.00.
