Brian Thompson of Lebanon made the long trip down and was the car to beat in the Crocker's Cars/Brownsville Calf Ranch/Burk Logging #44T Swartz. Thompson would lead the first seven laps before being overtaken by Curtis Towns. Towns, of Cottage Grove and driving the Paul Culp owned Superior Fuel Cells/All Pro Steel/Rapid Delivery Service #42 X-Factor, would go on to win the main event and visit Huddle Automotive Repair Victory Lane for the third straight time this season.

In the Street Stocks the D&L Truck Parts/Robert Howell Logging/Clark Printing #85 Nova of Evan Britton was quite dominant. Britton would reclaim the lead on lap eleven but just as he was coming to the white flag he would spin on the front stretch.

Chris Sine would make the pass Britton as the race would stay green. Sine would lead the final lap and capture his first career Cottage Grove Speedway victory in a long overdue trip to Huddle Automotive Repair victory lane.
