Trent Ivey kicks off busy two weeks at The Dirt Track at Charlotte
Competing in both the 604 and 602 Late Model classes, Trent Ivey embarked on a busy week at The Dirt Track at Charlotte (Concord, N.C.) during the World Short Track Championship.
In the Shurling Motorsports No. G4 machine, Trent drove to a podium finish in the $4,000-to-win Pro Late Model main event. He trailed John Ruggiero Jr. and Layton Sullivan while Jeremy Steele and Bubba Roling completed the Top-5.
After winning a heat race on Friday, Ivey scored a fifth-place finish in the 602 Late Model finale on Saturday.
