Nick Hoffman visits Brownstown for Jackson 100 weekend
A doubleheader weekend with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) brought Nick Hoffman to Brownstown (IN) Speedway on Friday to pilot his Tye Twarog Racing No. 9 Late Model.
With Friday’s C.J. Rayburn Memorial kicking off the 45th annual Jackson 100 weekend, Hoffman raced into opener with a consolation victory. Pinned on the ninth row, Nick climbed five positions to finish 13th.
On Saturday, Nick snuck into the $50,000-to-win Jackson 100 A-Main with the final transfer spot in his B-Main. Capping off the weekend with another run forward, Hoffman steered to a 14th-place finish in the 100-lap affair.
