Texana Raceway Park
See you at Texana on September 21st!
Important Times for this weekend:
Friday: Practice laps start on the track around 7pm. (All classes welcome. Don’t have to be a class that is running on Saturday).
Saturday: Go Kart heat races at 5 pm. Big car draw ends at 6 pm. Driver’s meeting at 6pm and pack the track immediately after drivers meeting, followed by hot laps. Opening ceremonies at 7pm with heat races immediately following.
So much fun ahead with practice on Friday, racing Saturday, $1 hotdogs and $1 sodas, kids ride in race cars at intermission, annual driver registration fee waived, first ever appearance by the Micro Mods, Factory Stocks = $1000 to win thanks to: KTC Construction and KMO Racing! Hobby Stocks = $1000 to win thanks to: Tony’s Mobile Home Service! EMods $600 to win thanks to: 366 Motorsports Foundation, Top Notch Services, and Mickey’s Auto Service! Every EMod driver will receive one pit pass for I-37 Speedway valid on October 19th sponsored by 366 Motorsports Foundation!
Reminder on rules for Sept 21 and Oct 5:
Hobby Stocks follow 105 Speedway rules
Factory Stocks follow South Texas Race Ranch rules
Emods follow South Texas Race Ranch rules
Limited Mods follow IMCA Southern Sport Mod or USRA Limited Mod rules (pick one or the other only and advise tech team if you hit the tech pad).
All rules can be found online via the noted source. Tech staff have printed copies of all above noted rules.
Gates open at 5pm
Racing starts at 7pm
General admission - $20 adults
Senior/military - $15
Children 5-12 - $2
Kids under 5 - free
