Garrett Alberson seventh in 54th-running of World 100 at Eldora Speedway

Fresh off a victory at the facility, Garrett Alberson unloaded the Roberts Motorsports No. 58 at Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) on Wednesday afternoon for the $20,000 Castrol FloRacing Night in America event.

Placing 20th in the feature on Wednesday, Alberson looked to the World 100 preliminary nights where 107 Late Models signed in for battle. Recording a 10th-place outing in his first $12,000-to-win preliminary feature on Thursday, Garrett finished three spots better on Friday with a seventh-place finish.

Starting on the pole of his heat race on Saturday, Garrett took the victory and earned a front-row starting spot in the 54th-annual World 100. Alberson led 18 laps in the 100-lap feature before fading outside the Top-5 and finishing seventh in the $57,000-to-win main event.
