13th-place finish in Labor Day Classic at Bedford
Logan Zarin’s rain-shortened Labor Day weekend kicked off on Friday with a trip to Bedford (PA) Speedway for the Jay's Automotive United Late Model Series-sanctioned Labor Day Classic.
In a stout field of 39 Late Models, Zarin earned a spot into the main event with a third-place finish in his consolation race after placing sixth in his heat. With a $12,055 top prize up for grabs, Logan advanced forward eight spots in the 55-lap affair to finish 13th.
Saturday's scheduled ULMS event at Lernerville Speedway (Sarver, PA) fell to inclement weather.
Logan sits in second in the latest ULMS point standings.
