Dillard weathers rough weekend with World of Outlaws at Atomic
Wrapping up his busy month of August with the tour, Cade Dillard followed the World of Outlaw Case Construction Late Model Series to Atomic Speedway (Chillicothe, Ohio) for the Fireball weekend.
With 31 competitors signed in for the weekend, Dillard was battling for position in the 40-lap feature when another competitor sent him into the wall. Cade was unable to continue and finished 17th.
Dillard's luck did not turn around in Saturday's finale as he slapped the wall once again and recorded another DNF outing.
Dillard currently sits sixth in the WoO point standings.
