Runner-Up Finish Tops Weekend For Cole Vanderheiden
BEATRICE, Neb. (July 26, 2024) Taking on Beatrice Speedway on Friday, then Eagle Raceway on Saturday, Cole Vanderheiden's high point of the two-night run was a runner-up finish at Beatrice.
Taking the green from fifth, Vanderheiden steadily moved forward with his run to second, topping out on Lap 12. Chasing Adam Gullion, there was no catching the No. 91.
On to Eagle Raceway the following night, going a lap down to the leader early on kept Cole stagnant in his move forward and resulted in a 15th-place finish.
The Belleville RaceSaver Nationals is next this weekend.
