Trey Mills attends Davenport Deal and One for the Road before Prairie Dirt Classic showing
Before getting to the highly-anticipated Prairie Dirt Classic, Trey Mills made a pitstop at Davenport (Iowa) Speedway on Monday afternoon for the Davenport Deal doubleheader with the XR Super Series.
Moving from sixth-to-fourth in his heat race, Mills started the $15,000-to-win feature from 14th and was caught up in an opening lap melee which ended his night.
Tuesday's event at the facility was rained out.
Turning his attention to the famed Fairbury (Ill.) Speedway on Wednesday afternoon, Mills was among a massive 65-car field checked in for the Castrol FloRacing Night in America's "One for the Road" event.
Trey missed the setup for time trials and was unable to make up any spots in his heat race. Trey was a scratch in his B-Main.
Ready to wrap up his Midwest road trip, Trey Mills kicked off his Prairie Dirt Classic by qualifying 31st in his group and making up five spots in his preliminary feature to finish 11th.
Starting ninth in a last chance showdown on Saturday, Mills was unable to race his way into the $50,000-to-win main event.
