Late spin spoils solid outing at Muskingum County Speedway with Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series

Losing Friday's event at Portsmouth (Ohio) Raceway Park, Garrett Alberson and the Ken Roberts Motorsports team joined the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series on Saturday afternoon at Muskingum County Speedway (Dresden, Ohio) for the Freedom 60.

Laying down the second-fastest lap in his stacked qualifying group, Alberson picked up the win in his heat race which set him up on the second-row of the $20,000 main event. Running inside the Top-5, Garrett made a slight mistake while racing Jonathan Davenport and spun trying to avoid making contact. Garrett raced from the tail of the field until getting involved in another incident that ended his night. He was scored 21st in the final rundown.
