Amber Lucynski Memorial rained out/ Late Model Sportsman Invitational up next!

After two unsuccessful attempts in 2023 to run the Amber Lucyniski Memorial at Birch Run Speedway, everyone hoped the third time would be the charm! But despite the best efforts of drivers and staff to dry the track after a torrential downpour at four o'clock, Mother Nature let loose at seven and forced track officials to cancel the night's event. The staff and management of Birch Run Speedway and Event Center want to thank the drivers and staff who helped with the track and seat drying before the cancellation. And to the fans who braved the elements and delays, we truly appreciate you!

Racing action returns this Friday with the first of three visits by the Mr. Asphalt/Bridge Lake Auto & Truck Parts Late Model Sportsmen. Thanks to Mr. Asphalt of Saginaw and Bridge Lake Auto & Truck Parts of Clarkston, the Late Model Sportsmen, who compete at various tracks around the state, will be competing in a three-race mini-series, with the other two dates on July 12th and August 2nd. The track will be utilizing Owosso Speedway rules for the class. Further questions can be directed to the track by calling 989-624-9778, emailing info@birchrunracing.com, or messaging the track's Facebook page.

Joining the Mr. Asphalt/Bridge Lake Auto & Truck Parts Late Model Sportsmen will be the Wheeler Trucking Modifieds, Finish Line Seamless Gutters Pure Stocks, Nelson Hydraulics American Trucks, Top Speed Motorsports Spectator Drags, and Figure 8's.
