Duty drives to 6th-place finish with MARS at Fairbury
Double Duty Motorsports pilot Justin Duty took on Illinois’ Fairbury Speedway on Saturday, where he turned in a top-10 result with the MARS Late Model Championship Series.
Duty’s First Class Septic No. 15 machine was among 31 MARS Late Models at the quarter-mile track for a $5,000-to-win program as part of the Illinois Dirt Shootout. Duty opened the evening with an impressive third-place showing in qualifying and went on to win his heat race from the pole. He then started sixth in the feature race and came home in the same position.
