Ward notches a pair of podium finishes at Independence and Stuart

Friday night found Tim Ward in action at Stuart Speedway (Stuart, Iowa) aboard his Toby K’s Hideaway No. 4TW Modified.

Showing consistent speed in his heat race and the feature, Ward backed up a heat victory with a third-place showing in the feature.

Pulling double duty in the Modified and Street Stock ranks on Saturday at Boone Speedway (Boone, Iowa), Tim came in fourth in his Modified heat race before going 15th-to-6th in the A-Main.

His night in the Jay Schmidt-owned No. 19 Stock Car came to an early end on the fifth circuit of his consolation race.
