Brennon Willard makes MLRA run at Adams County Speedway
After a series of rainouts in April, Brennon Willard finally hit the track in Lucas Oil MLRA competition on Sunday at Adams County Speedway in Quincy, Illinois.
His Earnest Performance No. 3 Super Late Model was among 30 entries at the quarter-mile oval for the $5,000-to-win Cinco de Mayo 40.
Willard turned in a seventh-place finish in his heat, then transferred to the feature via a 10th-to-5th run in his B-Main. He started the main event from the 11th row and climbed two spots to finish 19th.
Willard currently sits 11th in the Lucas Oil MLRA point standings.
