Pierce McCarter competes in Australian Late Model Championship at Toowoomba Speedway

Getting the opportunity to race down under, Pierce McCarter piloted the Belk Motorsports No. 71USA at Toowoomba Speedway (Toowoomba, QLD) for the Australian Late Model Championship.

Starting off the festivities on Wednesday, McCarter qualified 10th-fastest before finishing seventh in his heat race. For the first feature of the weekend, Pierce recorded a seventh-place finish.

On Friday, McCarter finished second in his heat and raced his way into the feature where he would record a 20th-place finish.

Starting 13th in Saturday's main event, Pierce was battling inside the Top-10 when a mechanical failure ended his night. McCarter placed 18th in the final running order.
