Mechanical woes plague Southern Heritage Classic weekend at Needmore Speedway

On Friday afternoon, Matt Henderson piloted the Rusty Webb Racing No. 22 machine at Needmore Speedway (Norman Park, Ga.) for the Southern Heritage Classic weekend with Crate Racin' USA.

Henderson was unable to make a qualifying lap or start his heat race after a major mechanical issue sidelined him for the evening.

Changing the powerplant overnight for Saturday's main event, Henderson had another issue which prevented from starting the $10,000-to-win feature.
