Groomer adds three wins in Brownstown's Funfest
For the 28th running of the track’s annual Funfest, Derek Groomer returned to Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Ind.) on Friday to compete in the Pro Late Model and Super Stock ranks.
Despite the Super Stock feature falling to a late shower, Groomer was able to pick up his 14th win of the season earlier in the evening aboard his Millikan Smiles No. D48 Pro Late Model.
Pulling double duty again on Saturday, Derek enjoyed another flawless night as he visited victory lane in the Pro Late Model and Super Stock divisions. He earned a $1,000 payday in the Late Model finale, finishing ahead of Tyler Collins, Tory Collins, Zack Burton, and Conner Mertens.
