Best Performance Motorsports and Tyler Erb attend USA Nationals at Cedar Lake
Tyler Erb and the Best Performance Motorsports team trekked north to Cedar Lake Speedway (New Richmond, Wis.) on Tuesday afternoon to rejoin the World of Outlaws Case Late Model Series for the USA Nationals weekend.
With a pair of prelims on Thursday and Friday leading up to Saturday’s main event, Erb dropped four spots in Thursday’s opener to finish 16th.
On Friday, Tyler edged his way into the $6,000-to-win prelim with the third-and-final transfer spot in his heat. Along with finishing 16th in the 25-lapper, Erb locked his spot into Saturday’s finale.
Starting Saturday night's $50,000-to-win USA Nationals finale in 14th, Erb was scored 24th in the rundown after retiring on lap 45.
