Top-10 finish in Tribute to Ed Dixon at Federated Raceway at I-55
Entering the Hoover Motorsports No. 50 Late Model into battle with the MARS Championship Series, Kaeden Cornell traveled to Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 (Pevely, Mo.) on Saturday afternoon for the Tribute to Ed Dixon.
Despite suffering mechanical issues early in the program, Kaeden raced his way into the $5,000-to-win A-Main with a fifth-to-third showing in his heat race. In an eventful race that saw a handful of cautions, Cornell avoided multiple incidents en route to a 10th-place finish.
