Spencer Diercks bags fourth win of 2023 at Davenport Speedway

Competing in three straight nights of action in the Modified ranks, Spencer Diercks invaded Fayette County Speedway (West Union, Iowa) on Thursday piloting the No. 21X Modified.

With a heat victory placing him on the third row for the opener, Diercks charged forward three spots in the 25-lapper to finish third, which came behind Cody Laney and Zane DeVilbiss.

On Friday at Davenport Speedway (Davenport, Iowa), Spencer locked his spot into the main event with an eighth-to-second run in his heat. Despite starting 12th in the feature, Diercks stormed into the lead on lap 9 and led the remainder of the 20-lapper to claim his fourth win of the season. He finished 0.862-seconds ahead of Charlie Mohr with Matt Werner, Mitch Way, and Brandon Jewell completing the top-five finishers.

The weekend concluded on Saturday at Maquoketa Speedway (Maquoketa, Iowa) with Diercks going sixth-to-first in his heat before passing six cars in the feature to reel in a third-place finish.
