Cody Bauer Grabs Runner-Up Finish At Merritt Speedway
LAKE CITY, Mich. (July 18, 2023) Making his eighth appearance of the 2023 season at Merritt Speedway on Saturday, July 15, Cody Bauer landed silver in the A-Feature for his best finish of the year at the Michigan oval.
Taking on the UMP Late Models with 22 entries on hand, Merritt topped Qualifying with a time of 14.001-seconds. Following that up with a Heat Race win, the No. 19x took the green sixth in the feature and fought to the second podium step with two laps to run.
