Pair Of Top Tens Line Latest Outing For Abby Hohlbein

PARAGON, Ind. (July 18, 2023) Adding two more top tens to her season, Abby Hohlbein took on the USAC Midwest Thunder Midgets at Moler Raceway Park and Paragon Speedway this past weekend.
Starting Friday at the Williamsburg, Ohio oval with a field of 23 competitors, Abby started third quick in her Qualifying Group (14.497-seconds) that led to a fourth-place finish in her Heat Race. Putting the Roberts Sewer Service / Raabe Ford Lincoln No. 11h tenth on the grid, Abby moved between the ninth and tenth spot over the 25-lap event before settling back where she started with four laps to run.
Moving to Paragon Speedway on Saturday, 17 cars graced the clay with Hohlbein starting 12th. Moving up two spots by Lap 14, Abby picked up one more with two laps to go for a ninth-place showing.
USAC Midwest Thunder Midgets join the card during Indiana Sprint Week on Friday, July 21, at Gas City I-69 Speedway, then July 22 at Kokomo Speedway for the Darland Classic.
