Shirley Lands Trio Of Top Tens During World Of Outlaw Late Model Run

FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (July 4, 2023) In action four times this past week with the World of Outlaws?CASE Construction Equipment?Late Model Series in Iowa, North Dakota, and Minnesota, Brian Shirley captured three top ten finishes.
A less-than-ideal start at Mason City Motor Speedway on June 27, a third starting spot turned into a 15-position loss for the Bob Cullen Racing No. 3s on Lap 23 after contact racing with Shane Claton and Dustin Walker brought the No. 14w and No, 3s to a stop in the first and second turns. Restarting 20th, Shirley picked up to spots.
Adding a top five to the season on June 29 at Red River Valley Speedway, Shirley tore through the field from 15th to finish fourth. River Cities Speedway the following night, Brian slipped back on the start but was able to get back to a tenth-place finish.
Closing the four-night excursion at I-94 EMR Speedway, the 50-lap feature yielded another tenth-place run.
Slipping in points, Shirley slipped back two posts in World of Outlaws?CASE Construction Equipment?Late Model Series standings.
