Vanderheiden Rebounds To Top Five At Huset's Following Eagle DNF
BRANDON, S.D. (June 6, 2023) Adding another top-five run to the 2023 season, Cole Vanderheiden made the best of a rough start on the weekend with a fourth place finish at Huset's Speedway on Sunday.
Suffering a DNF after contact at the start of the A-Feature that rendered the front suspension useless at Eagle Raceway on Saturday, June 3, the team regrouped and took to Huset's on Sunday.
Part of a 28 car field, Cole did sixth to third in the Heat Race to start the night. Tenth in the A-Feature at the drop of the green, the Copps Pizza Company No. 15v. worked to fourth with two laps to go. A special thanks goes out to Trevor Serbus Racing for lending the team parts, and to Gunnar Pike Racing for helping in the Pits.
