Over the Memorial Day weekend holiday, Molalla, Oregon’s Justin Duty took part in the three-day Show-Me 100 program sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) and Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri.

The event kicked off with the $6,000-to-win Cowboy Classic on Thursday with 59 cars in the pits. Duty finished third in his heat, earning him a spot in the night’s 45-lap feature. He started 17th and finished 20th behind the wheel of his Don Frank Floors No. 15 Late Model.

On Saturday, the field expanded to 60 cars with drivers hoping to score $50,000 in the Lucas Oil Show-Me 100.

Duty transferred to the 100-lap weekend finale with a second-place finish in one of three B-Mains which helped set the remainder of the 31-car field. He started 22nd and finished 30th in the crown-jewel event.

The weekend drew to a close on Sunday with John Duty hopping behind the wheel at Willamette Speedway in Lebanon, Oregon for the Coors Light I-5 Silver Bullet Series season opener.
