Koehler Sets New Track Record at Fayetteville

Jordan Koehler trekked to Fayetteville (N.C.) Motor Speedway on Saturday night for a $5,000-to-win Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series event.

With 37 entries in the pit area, Jordan not only set quick time in qualifications with a 14.213-second lap but also established a new track record at the North Carolina oval.

Starting from the pole position for the finale, Jordan raced in the Top 5 throughout the feature before mechanical issues sidelined him on the 33rd circuit.

He was credited with an 18th-place finish.
