SOUTHERN ALL-STAR SUPER LATE MODELS TO RETURN TO COCHRAN

The Southern All-Star Super Late Model Series will return to Georgia’s Dirt Track Battlefield Cochran Motor Speedway in mid-April 2023 with a double-header weekend. The 3/8ths mile clay oval will host the longest operating dirt super late model series in the nation for a Friday and Saturday night tilt on April 14th and 15th. Friday’s show will feature a 30-lap main event for the super late models paying $3000 to win and $400 to start while Saturday night’s weekend finale will be a 50-lap main with $10,000 paid to the winner.

“We are excited to return to Chris Martin’s central Georgia show place,” said SAS promoter Dewayne Keith. “The super late models fly around his track and it is always a great show for the fans. Plus, he has put some good money for the weekend.”

More information on this special weekend, along with more events being scheduled for Cochran Motor Speedway are set to be announced soon. Drivers, crew members and fans are encouraged to stay tuned to the track’s social media pages for upcoming announcements.
