Stormy Scott competes with LOLMDS at East Bay
Joining the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) for the third round of the Wieland Winternationals, Stormy Scott invaded East Bay Raceway Park (Gibsonton, Fla.) on Wednesday afternoon to pilot his Eagle Moon Hemp No. 2s Late Model.
Following a fifth-place showing in his heat, Scott missed a transfer spot by two cars in his B-Main with a fourth-place finish.
On Thursday, Stormy came in fifth in his heat before placing ninth in his consolation race, ending his night early.
In a field of 62 cars on Friday, Scott raced his way into the $12,000-to-win A-Main with a 10-lap consolation victory after finishing fourth in his heat. Starting in 19th, Stormy completed one circuit before pulling in.
Saturday's Wieland Winternationals finale fell to wet weather.
